This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. This condo is fully equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation experience. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Great family friendly unit
Very clean and comfortable unit. Great for our little family. It had everything we needed for our vacation. The ensuite bathroom also has a tub which is rare in this complex and was great for giving our baby baths. And as always, Matt from PMI provided excellent customer service.

Perfect Maui Vacation
Thoughtfully appointed with everything you may need for a beach vacation. PMI was wonderful with plenty of information about the condo and check in information. The condo had a helpful guide and everything you may need for the beach(Chairs, cooler, umbrella). We loved how comfortable the bed was and the kitchen has everything you may need to cook. We loved our stay with PMI and look forward to coming back!

Great stay for a family of four!
We enjoyed our stay at the condo! It was great that is was ground level and we could just walk out and enjoy the property. Both the pool and beach were super close and within walking distance. The condo provided everything we needed! It was clean, spacious and would recommend.

Seamless organization and an excellent property. PMI Maui does a great job through the whole process from booking to exit. Only one minor glitch occurred and Matt was there to fix it within half an hour - exceptional. We'll be booking again.

We had a lovely time there in Kihei. The complex is beautiful and we found PMI to be excellent in their dealings. There was a problem with the WiFi and they went out and got new equipment immediately. We were impressed!

Fantastic
Kamaole 2-105 and the complex were amazing. The condo is updated with beautiful decor, and has everything you’d hope for and more. Parking access is easy for loading and unloading. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and utensils. Everything about staying here was easy - from booking to check out. The location was perfect to walk back and forth to the beach, and early morning walks to coffee shops, deli, and restaurants. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation
The condo was great as always. We have stayed here several times and for a good reason. It’s always super clean with everything we need for grilling and the beach. Matt and Tonya are always great answering any questions or problems you may have. We have stayed in many different units at Kamaole Sands but this one is our favorite.

Family Celebration
I was celebrating my 70th birthday with 12 of my family andfriends. My unit was 2-105 and I loved it!! It was beautifully decorated, kitchen was fully equipped and I was impressed with all the beach equipment from toys to chairs, umbrellas, buggie boards and towels.I loved the large lani washer dryer in unit and the BBQ area. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in a condo and of course would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home
It was a truly home away from home for a vacation spot. The location of the condo, the view, and landscaping were beautiful, the best part of all is the sandy beach just a few steps away, surrounding by the water activities and good restaurants. The manager provided an excellent customer service. My family truly enjoyed and felt like this is our second home.

Kamaole Sands 2-105 - Great Location!
Our stay was excellent and as usual, Matt and Tonya did an excellent job preparing the unit for our stay. The AC in the Bedroom was great and was quite compared to the other unit we stayed out the week before. Overall, highly recommend this unit. great views and 30 seconds away from bar-B-Q cook area and 45 seconds away from Pool, yet nicely secluded, no noise from either. Beautiful lanai with large table for seating 4-6 guests. Overall loved the location and we will come back again!

We had an amazing vacation highlighted by our first rate accommodation in building 2-105. The unit is very private and conveniently situated near the barbecue area. It was clean, great bed, well stocked kitchen and had fantastic beach chairs. Manager 'Matt' is very attentive and readily available if you have any concerns.

Great place!
We enjoyed our stay at Kamaole sands once again! Our condo was so nice! The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. We really liked being on the first floor where you can walk out on the lanai and was really close to the pool. The kids had a blast and loved all the toys in the lanai closet. The king sized bed was comfortable and the condos decor was nice too. Can't wait to come back!
